The British Gymnastics Foundation uses the power of gymnastics to change the lives of people and communities most in need.
From Love to Move, our dementia-friendly seated gymnastics programme that’s improving memory and wellbeing for thousands, to I’m In, which brings adapted gymnastics to children with disabilities in special schools and gym clubs.
Our Limitless programme offers training and mentoring to unemployed people in some of the UK’s most deprived areas, helping them into work and a brighter future. And through our Hardship and Inspirational Experience programmes, we stand beside gymnasts facing crisis, offering support and inspiration when it's needed most.
