A unique, hands-on rowing session - for all abilities - delivered by pros Ollie Cook and James Stephenson.
Join James Stephenson - international rowing coach and former international rower - and a World Champion and Olympian, Ollie Cook, for this bespoke one-to-one rowing session, taking place in either Oxford or Reading. The session will include both on-land and on-water training. You'll learn from James and Ollie what it really takes to be a top-class rower, delving into subjects like nutrition, psychology and the buzz of racing.
