A one-to-one, or one-to-two, boxing session with Paris 2024 Olympic Bronze Medallist, Lewis Richardson, at his local boxing gym based in Colchester. Your exclusive training session with Lewis will teach the fundamentals of boxing, with specific drills and padwork. The focus and intensity of the session is entirely down to you and your guest.

Masterclass to be held on a mutually agreeable time/date, with consideration of Lewis' boxing commitments.
