5 places for a family weekend at the Festival of Sport

A weekend of family fun with sporting legends. Come and join the most fun weekend for active families you will find all year! With over 20 sports ranging from athletics to Zumba, there’s plenty to keep kids of all ages engaged and active. There’s lots for adults to get stuck into too, including the chance to play alongside many coaching superstars. Evening entertainment includes live music and an outdoor cinema. 

Alongside the Founders - former England rugby greats Will Greenwood and Austin Healey - in 2025 Festival of Sport will welcome International rugby stars Ben Youngs, Alex Goode, Sydney Gregson and Rachael Burford, gold medal-winning hockey stars Kate and Helen Richardson-Walsh, British sprinter Derek Redmond, England netball stars Serena Guthrie and Tamsin Greenway, 800m World Champion athlete Jenny Meadows, professional DP World Tour golfer Graeme Storm, PGA golfer Hannah Bowen and former England cricketer Graeme Swann. Who knows, you may find yourself camping next to a World Champion or having a coffee with an Olympic medallist!

Includes: a weekend family ticket for up to 5 people; a weekend camping pitch for own tent (Friday PM - Monday AM); a weekend parking ticket; and festival entry tickets for all sports, activities and entertainment. Families must include at least one adult and one child.
