- By entering the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to these Prize Draw terms and conditions.
- The Prize Draw is being run by Sporting Chance Prize Draw Administration Ltd "SCPD".
Eligibility to Enter
- The Prize Draw is only open to entrants who, at the time of entry to the Prize Draw, are at least 18 years of age and resident in the UK. The Prize Draw may require entrants to provide documentary evidence (e.g. a copy of a passport, driving license or utility bill from the last three months) to verify their eligibility for the Prize Draw. Whether the eligibility requirements have been met will then be decided at our sole discretion.
- In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
- Entry to the Prize Draw is made through your agreement that all [100%] of your financial contribution (if making a donation) will be donated to one of the listed charities of your choice on the SCPD platform.
- The maximum contribution that can be made is £10,000. However, any one person pledging £500 or more will be subject to an independent 'affordability' check.
- SCPD commits to 100% of every donation (not including transaction fees) being donated to the listed chosen charities.
How to Enter
- All entries for our next Prize Draw must be received between 12 noon (GMT) on Friday 28th February 2025 and 12 noon (GMT) on Friday 14th March 2025. Entries before and after those times and dates will not be included in the Prize Draw.
- To enter the Prize Draw, eligible persons will use the donation route (a) or the free entry route (b):

https://www.sportingchanceprizedraw.comThe number of entries you receive will depend on the amount of the donation. Specifically, if you make a donation of:
- £10 - you will receive 1 entry;
- £30 - you will receive 4 entries;
- £50 - you will receive 8 entries;
- £100 - you will receive 20 entries;
- £250 - you will receive 50 entries;
- £500 - you will receive 100 entries;
- £750 - you will receive 150 entries;
- £1,000 - you will receive 200 entries;
- £2,000 - you will receive 400 entries;
- £5,000 - you will receive 1000 entries.
- £10,000 - you will receive 2,000 entries.
Entrants must use their legal name when entering the Prize Draw and provide their email address so they can be contacted in the event that they win a prize. SCPD takes no responsibility for any technical, communication or other issues that could prevent the receipt of the entrant's details, and accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete or not visible due to the entrant's privacy settings. Donations through Sporting Chance Prize Draw can be made by bank or card. The cheapest option is to donate by bank through Volt, our payments partner, which offers sponsored payment processing fees at a discount of up to 96% from standard UK card payments. Volt represents the vast majority of UK banks and can be accessed on the donor's mobile device in conjunction with their online banking app. If, however, despite Volt offering these discounts, the donor is not able to cover the payment processing fee, Sporting Chance Prize Draw will cover this fee to ensure that 100% of their donation goes to their chosen charity.
- To enter for free by post - on a blank sheet of paper write your full name, date of birth, home address, telephone number and email address, under the heading 'SPORTING CHANCE PRIZE DRAW MARCH 2025' and post it by first-class or second-class post to 'THE SPORTING CHANCE PRIZE DRAW ADMINISTRATION LTD' i.e. c/o Bramil Associates, 677 High Road, North Finchley, London N12 ODA. A maximum of one entry can be made per stamped envelope received.
- SCPD will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
- There is no purchase necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
- SCPD will not accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw.
The Prizes
- All prizes for the March 2025 Prize Draw are as listed on the SCPD website.
- After 12 noon (GMT) on Friday 14th March 2025, the winners' names will be drawn through a random computer procedure. The Prize Draw will be witnessed and verified by an independent party. The prizes will be awarded by reference to the order in which entries are drawn, i.e., the first entry drawn/the entry numbered as entry '1' by our random computer procedure, will be awarded the prize listed as prize '1' at the foot of this page.
- An individual may not win more than one prize. If the name of the same individual is drawn a second time, then their Prize Draw entry linked to that prize will be disregarded and a further name with be drawn.
- All prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- The prizes may be gifted to relatives and friends but may not be sold on a secondary market platform.
- SCPD reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
- Where prizes are physical items, rather than experiences, these will be posted to the winner by special delivery to a UK address, only.
- The decision of SCPD regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winners Announcement
- All winners will be notified - via the email provided on entry, only - no later than 12 noon on Monday 17th March 2025.
- SCPD will attempt to contact the winner by the email provided on entry, only, twice. Also, the results will be posted on the SCPD website.
- If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and SCPD reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. Entrants are advised to check their spam/junk mail.
Receipt of the Prize
- SCPD endeavour to connect prize-giver and prize winner within 72 hours of a winner responding to a notification email.
Data Protection and Publicity
- All entrants consent to any personal information they provide in entering the Prize Draw to be used by SCPD for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
- SCPD must either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, SCPD will publish the unique entry codes and surnames of all prize winners. If you object to your surname being published, please contact SCPD by writing to 'THE SPORTING CHANCE PRIZE DRAW ADMINISTRATION LTD', c/o Bramil Associates, 677 High Road, North Finchley, London, N12 ODA. In such circumstances, SCPD must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- All personal information shall be used in accordance with SCPD's Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
- SCPD makes no representation or warranty in relation to any of the prizes provided and accepts no liability for any loss, injury, disappointment, expense or damage suffered or sustained by any entrants as a result of participating in the Prize Draw, or accepting or using any part of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
General
- SCPD cannot guarantee that the services or systems for entering the Prize Draw will, at all times, be free from errors or omissions, nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of any problem with any network, system, software, system, or for any technical malfunction or failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason reasonably beyond SCPD's control. We do not accept liability where all or any part of the service relating to the Prize Draw is discontinued or modified in any way for reasons outside of SCPD's control, including but not limited to technical failures, computer viruses, tampering, fraud and other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- All entrants to the Prize Draw accept that they will be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will only be applicable from the date that such changes are published on this page.

Each of the prize winners will be personally notified by email no later than midday on Monday 17th March 2025 and then connected with the respective prize giver within 72 hours of responding to that notification email.
